Ambulance Plan
Dear Community Member,
The volunteers of Tri-Valley Volunteer Fire Department respectfully request your support by enrolling in our 2026 Annual Ambulance Plan. The annual fee is $200 (plus $5 processing fee), and all funds collected are used directly for the maintenance and operation of our Fire & Rescue equipment. Coverage is valid from January through December 2026.

If you experience an emergency and require our Emergency Medical Services (EMS), those services will be provided at no cost to you. If you have medical insurance, your insurance carrier will be billed, and any remaining balance not covered by insurance will be forgiven. The plan covers all members of your household.

To help us better serve our community, we ask that residents provide the following information for their house:
Physical address and mailing address.
Last names of all residents and any special needs.
